Exiled unjustly, convicted without trial, slandered without cause. This award-winning feature film tells the story of Saint Nektarios, a humble priest who was persecuted by religious superiors jealous of his popularity. Despite being driven from the Church, Nektarios cared for the poor, taught villagers to read, and established a monastery in Aegina which, to this day, attracts thousands of visitors annually. At the time of his death in 1920, he was known as a great miracle worker. Man of God was a box office hit in Greece and during limited release in the US.
